About the Role
You will be supporting the management team with various administrative tasks and data entry including:
Help to assess properties for energy efficiency funding grants
Input and manage data in our CRM
Preparing reports
Diary Management
Supporting other teams across the business as required
General administrative tasks as required
Ongoing training and support is provided.
Requirements
Experience
The role is administrative; good IT skills and competence in the use of Microsoft packages with knowledge of Excel is essential. We also use a range of other cloud-based software applications; full training will be provided for the use of these.
This role would suit someone who has worked within a previous administration role or someone who is looking to develop in a fast-paced, growing organisation with opportunities for development across business areas.

You should be highly organised and an excellent communicator – your role is varied, and you will be speaking externally to our Partners, so you should be a confident and clear communicator both written and on the phone.
You will be an essential part of our Administration team and we will provide you with the tools, training and support to do your job and to be successful, though you should be comfortable making decisions and working independently.
We expect to see this role grow and develop and are looking for someone ambitious and driven to take it on.
