Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before proceeding with submitting your details to us as these Terms and Conditions regulate your use and affect your legal rights and liabilities.

ECO Simplified do not directly employ the surveyors or accredited installers that we will put in you in contact with and ecosimplfied.co.uk takes no responsibility for any issues which may arise from the companies, or contractors which you have been referred to.

Our aim is to asses your eligibility for the Eco Scheme grant and if you are eligible, help put you in contact with suitable surveyors & installers so that you can receive your Eco Grant installation from them and get the services you requested.

By registering on the Website with your details and requirements, you acknowledge the above terms and consent that you are happy that we will pass your details to appropriate Surveyors & Installers so they can contact you to provide more information of their installation process.

Any issues with customer service, installation or standards must be reported directly with the installing company. If the installing company is unresponsive, or fails to assist you with your complaint, you will need to take the complaint to Ofgem (the scheme regulator).
